Orders
An order is confirmed after checkout and payment authorization. Product availability, production feasibility, and fraud checks may affect fulfilment.
Payments
Payments are processed through WooCommerce payment providers. Blockchain Stuff does not store full payment card details.
Shipping
Products are printed on demand and then shipped. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or address issues.
Print-on-demand production
Products are produced after purchase. Small variations in print placement, color, and production batch can occur within normal fulfilment tolerance.
Returns
Return and exchange rules are described on the Returns & Exchanges page. Buyer return shipping costs apply unless there is a confirmed damage, misprint, or fulfilment error.
Liability
Blockchain Stuff is not liable for indirect loss, market loss, missed drops, or issues caused by incorrect customer information, except where required by law.
